Built for your business
Not the other way around

We build the software your business runs on. The bits nobody sells you off the shelf.

The operations engineer your business never had room to hire. We sit between the MSP that keeps things running but rarely builds around how you work, and the software house that only wants bigger projects. We build the tools you're missing, and if you want one practical owner for the technology underneath them, we can do that too.

Built around your work

We watch how the job actually moves, then build or set up the system around that.

Small fixes count

One automation, migration, or setup change that saves an hour a day is a perfectly good place to start.

One practical owner

Email, domains, accounts, websites, suppliers, and the awkward bits between them. If nobody owns it internally, we can.

Three ways to work with us

We build custom software and automations, set up the business IT your team depends on, and provide ongoing systems support after the work is live. If you are not sure which path fits, start with a short diagnostic and we will point you at the right one.

Build

Custom Software & Automation

For manual work, duplicate data, and missing internal tools.

We build the missing workflow, integration, chatbot, AI assistant, dashboard, or internal tool around how your business actually works. You get a scoped deliverable, a clear price, and something your team can use without changing the whole business around it.

Set up

Fractional IT & Business IT Setup

For the technology your business depends on every day.

We act as the practical technology lead for small businesses that do not need a full-time hire. We plan and implement email, domains, websites, accounts, permissions, shared drives, suppliers, and migrations so the setup fits the way the business runs.

Ongoing

Ongoing Systems Support

For systems that need to keep working after launch.

Systems need small changes after they go live. Staff change, suppliers change, tools change, and the setup falls out of step with the way the business now works. We provide bounded monthly support for fixes, access updates, automation monitoring, AI workflow tuning, documentation, and practical improvements.

Not sure which one fits?

Start with a short diagnostic. Eight questions about how your business runs, followed by a hand-reviewed write-up naming the best next step.

Take the diagnostic

How the work goes

There's no transformation programme here, and no dependency dressed up as a partnership. We find the problem, fix it, write down how it works, and hand you the keys.

1

Understand

We watch how the work really moves, which is never what the process document says. Where does it stop? What gets typed in twice? What only works because Dawn on the front desk remembers the workaround, and what happens the week Dawn is in Portugal? That's the map.

2

Scope

Then we pick. Whatever costs the most hours or carries the most risk goes first, written up as a bounded job with a price on it. You'll know exactly what you're getting before anyone writes a line of code.

3

Build

We build it, then put it in front of the people who actually have to use it every day, while it is still cheap to change and before anyone has grown attached to it. They always find things we missed, which is the whole reason they see it in week two rather than at the handover.

4

Handover

You get the working system, clear documentation, and a handover to you or whoever owns the process. You know what changed, what runs automatically, and when to call us back in. Keep us involved afterwards if it helps. The point is that you do not have to.

These are the moments people usually get in touch

Recognise any of these? Then the short diagnostic is the sensible place to start, and it's free.

Admin keeps eating the day

The same small tasks keep taking time from the work only you or your team can do.

Growth has outrun the setup

What worked at five people starts creating friction at twenty-five.

Too much depends on one person

When they are away, nobody is quite sure how the process works.

The same information lives in three places

Customer details, job notes, or invoices get updated in one system but not the others.

The tools do not quite fit

There is a workaround for everything, and manual admin has become part of the job.

Your competitors are getting faster

Automation and AI are no longer future projects. They are already changing how quickly small businesses answer enquiries, create quotes, follow up, process admin, and serve customers. If your team is still copying the same information between systems, the business gets slower while the market speeds up.

AI is speeding businesses up. Old workflows are slowing yours down

Why repeated work slows everything down, and why cleaner systems are the first step before serious automation.

Everything on this page is a claim
This bit is not

The chat window in the corner is one of the things we build. Tell it what is going wrong. It will ask sensible follow-ups, work out which kind of help fits best, and pass the conversation to us with the useful context already attached. Either way, you have seen the work in action.

Get your systems sorted

Tell us where the work gets stuck, repeated, delayed, or held together by a workaround. We will reply with whether it is something we can help with, what the next step would be, and the rough shape of the job.
