Set up and own the technology your business depends on

Email, domains, DNS, cloud hosting, backups, accounts, permissions, suppliers. Most small organisations have someone who knows a piece of it, but nobody holding the whole setup. We take that seat.

Part business IT implementation, part fractional technology owner. We set up the tools properly, consolidate what is scattered, document who owns what, and stay involved where that is useful. Senior enough to own the estate, without the cost of a department. What the role covers, and what it costs.

The whole estate, not one ticket at a time

The right tools, chosen for you

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, website hosting, file storage, booking systems, CRM, cloud platforms, backups. We pick tools that fit how you work and cost what they should, and we'll tell you when the one you already have is fine.

One person who understands the whole setup

Email depends on DNS. Websites depend on hosting. Forms feed the CRM. Automations rely on all of it. We understand how the pieces fit, fix what is ours to fix, and make sure the rest lands with the right person.

A single source of truth

A register for everything: every domain, mailbox, website, and subscription, with who owns it, what it costs, and when it renews. Duplicated and forgotten subscriptions get found and cancelled along the way.

Email, hosting, and cloud migrations

Email migrations, hosting changes, domain transfers, and cloud handovers get sequenced so nothing goes offline and nothing gets lost. Fallbacks planned before anything is touched.

Ownership and access, secured

Important accounts end up in the business's name, not tied to an old employee, freelancer, or personal inbox. Admin access is protected with MFA, permissions are cleaned up, and you know who can get into what.

Backups, security, and recovery basics

Backups checked, missing backups created, and recovery tested so you know they actually work. Admin access gets tightened and the obvious security gaps closed. Not enterprise theatre. Practical protection for the systems the business depends on.

Map first. Then move.

The most dangerous thing you can do to a tangled setup is start changing it before you understand it. So we don't.

1

Discovery

Fixed fee, credited if you continue

We build the inventory and verify it against live records: registrations, renewal dates, DNS, mail routing, hosting, backups, access, and suppliers. You get a written setup map with the cost picture, the risks ranked, and a practical roadmap. Nothing is changed during this phase, by design.

2

Implementation & cleanup

Fixed scope, quoted up front

The setup work. Email migrations, DNS gets cleaned up, providers you should not be with get exited, hosting gets simpler, backups get planned, and credentials get secured. All of it is sequenced so nothing goes offline.

3

Care

Monthly retainer, cancel any month

One point of contact for the estate: renewals watched, accounts kept tidy, suppliers coordinated, and practical decisions made before they become emergencies. If you only need upkeep after everything is already in good shape, that is where Ongoing Systems Support fits.

  • Small businesses, charities, and professional practices whose technology grew faster than their setup.
  • Owners with several brands, entities, or websites, where domains, hosting, email, and subscriptions have become hard to track.
  • Businesses where the IT person has moved on, or there was never really an IT person to begin with.

Best fit

You may not need a full-time IT manager, but someone still has to own the domains, email, hosting, accounts, backups, suppliers, and decisions. That is the gap this fills.

Why it matters

Unclear ownership turns small problems into expensive ones: missed renewals, lost admin access, old supplier accounts, and systems nobody can safely change. Getting the setup owned, documented, and recoverable makes the business less dependent on memory and luck.
