Admin automations
The repetitive admin that eats an hour a day. Emails sorted, receipts filed, follow-ups sent, reports built, invoices created from the numbers you already hold.
Custom Software & Automation
Every small company ends up with work no product on the market quite handles. Quotes copied from emails into spreadsheets. Receipts saved in inboxes until somebody has time to sort them. A booking system that never tells accounts the job is done. We build the missing piece, made to fit how you already work.
You tell us what it needs to do. We scope it, price it, and build it to spec, then hand it over with clear documentation and ownership in your name. One defined deliverable, one number, no retainer bolted on the back.
What we build
No template, and nothing you have to bend your business around. We watch how the work actually moves, then build for that.
The repetitive admin that eats an hour a day. Emails sorted, receipts filed, follow-ups sent, reports built, invoices created from the numbers you already hold.
Two systems that were never designed to work together, made to. A job booked in one place raises the invoice in another, with no double entry and nobody retyping the same customer twice.
A chatbot that answers from your own documents, qualifies an enquiry, drafts a reply, or books the call, so the after-hours visitor gets a useful answer instead of a contact form. You can try ours in the corner of this page.
A phone line that answers when you can't, takes the details, and passes on the ones that matter. For the trades and services whose calls come in while everyone is on the job.
The small piece of software your business needs and nobody sells. A quoting tool, a booking flow, a dashboard that pulls the numbers into one place your team can actually read.
A marketing site that loads fast and reads well, or a full web app with logins, accounts, and billing behind it. Built to fit what the business needs, hosted on infrastructure that costs what it should.
How the work goes
No transformation programme, and no dependency dressed up as a partnership. We find the problem, fix it, write down how it works, and hand you the keys.
We watch how the work really moves, which is never quite what the process document says. Where it stops, what gets typed in twice, what only works because one person remembers the trick.
We write it up as a bounded job with a price on it. You'll know exactly what you're getting, and what it costs, before anyone writes a line of code.
We build it, then put it in front of the people who have to use it while it's still cheap to change. They always find things we missed. That's the point of showing them early.
You get the working system, clear documentation, and a handover to you or whoever owns the process. Keep us involved afterwards if it helps. The point is that you do not have to.
When it's bigger than one gap
Not a single missing tool, but the entire run, enquiry to invoice, held together by workarounds. When that's the case, we map what actually happens rather than what the handbook claims, mark every point it falls over, and rebuild the whole run end to end. That takes weeks, not an afternoon, and we'll say so up front. You come out the other side with one system that works, documented, and yours.
Who it's for
A business that already knows the job it wants doing, or can describe the moment that keeps going wrong. The trigger is usually "there must be a better way to do this, but no tool we've found does it."
It has to work with what you already use: your accounts package, inbox, booking system, CRM, website, or database. We build around the tools that still work, and only replace one when we can show you why keeping it costs more.
Tell us what keeps going wrong, or what you wish the software just did. We'll tell you whether it's a job for us, what the next step would be, and the rough shape of it. If you're not sure where to start, the short diagnostic points you at the right path.
